These terms apply to the use of MTM Vision, a web application for AI-supported MTM time analysis from videos.
Use requires registration. Users must provide truthful information and keep their access data secret.
The application may only be used for lawful, internal industrial purposes. The upload of content that violates rights of third parties (e.g. personal rights, copyright) is prohibited.
All rights to MTM Vision (software, design, brand) are exclusively held by Michael Petry / Sachtmut.
Users retain all rights to uploaded videos and analyses. By uploading, the user grants the provider a simple, technically necessary right of use to process the content for analysis purposes.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows are possible.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, liability only exists in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Mainz, insofar as legally permissible.
