Scope

This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data within our online application MTM Vision in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

What data we process

• Account data: e-mail, name, role, language preference, password (hashed).
• Uploaded videos and extracted frames for the purpose of MTM time analysis.
• Analysis results, manual corrections and step history.
• Technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and error diagnosis.
• Preferences such as selected language and consent status.

Purposes of processing

Provision and operation of the application, AI-supported analysis of videos, user authentication, security, error diagnosis and the further development of the AI quality (learning library).

Legal basis

Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of contract / use of the service), Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent, e.g. cookies / videos), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and improvement).

Processors and recipients

We use carefully selected service providers as processors under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Supabase (EU) — Hosting, Datenbank, Authentifizierung, Speicher
• Lovable Cloud / Lovable AI Gateway — KI-Verarbeitung der Analyse
• Google (OAuth, optional) — wenn Login mit Google verwendet wird

Retention period

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the purposes stated. Account data is stored until you delete your account. Videos and analyses can be deleted by you at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).

Security

We use TLS encryption, role-based access (RLS) at database level and authentication via OAuth/Email.
