Data Processing Agreement

When you use MTM Vision to process personal data (for example videos of workstations), you act as the controller and MTM-Vision (Michael Petry) acts as the processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA / Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) that reflects Art. 28 GDPR and, where applicable, incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Subject-matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing
• Types of personal data and categories of data subjects
• Technical and organisational measures (TOMs) — encryption, access control, backups
• Sub-processor list (see /subprocessors) and change-notification procedure
• Assistance with data-subject rights, breach notification, and audits
• Data deletion and return at end of contract
